ok, as someone who knows how much an ER visit costs - tell him to call his doctor first next time unless he's bleeding from the head or has a bone poking through the skin!
yes! he is seeing specialist for this and now maybe will feel inspired to find a doctor (though I tend to doubt it...same phenomenon as flossing every day after dentist visit then inevitably dropping the habit)
